omy编辑室评审筛选出十个项目的10大入围部落格。
公布10个项目的入围名单，并开放给网民投选。网民投票占30%，专业评审团票选占70%。
“部落Y格斗”奖项将设有额外的竞赛机制。在投选阶段过程中，入围10强的参赛者得通过由omy编辑室设下的两关考验，结合不同的多媒体形式（文字、图片、音频、视频）呈现主体性的指定部落格内容。
公布总成绩，并颁发新加坡部落格大奖标贴给所有得主。得奖者也将在颁奖礼上，获颁多元艺术家陈瑞献先生所设计的奖座。
The Singapore Blog Awards will be in four phases.
Public is invited to nominate outstanding blogs to be considered for the award categories. Once nominated, the bloggers will receive an email from omy.sg, inviting them to register as official, contesting nominees. To complete the registration, bloggers have to fill in a registration form, and an acknowledgment email will be sent to them thereafter to confirm their participation.
Individual bloggers can also register themselves as official, contesting nominees by filling in the registration form directly, without the need for nomination.
Contesting nominees can submit their blogs for consideration in all awards categories, and will be eligible to contest in more than one category in the voting round.
There is no limit to the number of nominations. Individuals can nominate as many blogs as he/she wants.
For individual bloggers with multiple blog accounts, multiple blogs submissions are accepted, and will be eligible to contest in the voting round.
The "Y Bloggist" Award is only for youth bloggers under 25.
A panel of judges from the omy.sg editorial team will select 10 top entries for each of the award categories.
The top 10 entries for each of the award categories will be announced. Public will be invited to vote for their favourite bloggers to crown the overall winner for each category (determined 30% by public votes and 70% by a panel of professional judges).
The Y-Bloggist Award category will run an additional component during the voting period. The 10 finalists are to complete 2 entry-based tasks assigned by the omy editorial team, focusing on the use of multimedia elements (text, photos, audio and video) in the blogosphere.
Results announced. Prizes will be awarded and customised online blog-buttons will be distributed as bragging badges to the winners. There will also be a physical award ceremony to giveaway the trophy by famous artist and Singapore Cultural Medallion recipient, Tan Swie Hian and all other prizes, including the prizes for voters.

The Celebrity Blog Awards will be in four phases.
omy will select the 10 blogs for each of the two Celebrity Blog/Microblog Awards categories.
The top 10 finalists for each of the two Celebrity Blog/Microblog Awards categories will be announced and public will be invited to vote for their favourite finalists, to crown the ultimate winner. These two categories awards are determined entirely by public votes.
Results announced. A customised online blog button will be sent to the celebrities and their artiste management companies.
